Coach Serra has been involved in the CrossFit community for the past five years and she is passionate about using fitness to help others grow in confidence, resilience, and character. Through Project Wonder, she loves to create a fun environment where every child feels supported and challenged to become the best version of themselves. Serra's favorite part of coaching is watching athletes accomplish things they never thought were possible and seeing the confidence that comes from those moments.

Johnny has been coaching both personal competitive athletes and classes for well over 12+ years now. He has worked with a wide variety of skill levels from elderly, special needs, and elite athletes. That is what he loves most about coaching and training, it is available for anyone at any level all it takes is effort and giving your best.
Outside of training he is a husband and father of 2. He loves going out and making memories, spending time with them.
He is also a big music lover! He was in a hardcore metal band as a vocalist and might try to get it started again for fun.
What he loves about coaching at project wonder is the relationships they get to build with the kids so they can know they have someone who will always believe in them and push them to become their best version. As a kid growing up working out, he understands how important encouragement and belief is in a child’s development and that’s where our coaches stand for them.
