Our adaptive Athlete Program is designed for children and teens with autism, Down Syndrome, itellectual or developmental disabilities, and other unique needs.
Every athlete deserves the opportunity to move, grow, belong, and experience success.
Classes are intentionally smaller and individualized to provide additional coaching, support and encouragement while still building confidence, independence, strength, and life skills.
We meet every athlete where they are and celebrate every victory- big or small.
Project Wonder partners with schools to help students build confidence, character, and healthy habits through engaging fitness and mentorship. We currently serve elementary, middle, and high school students at Keyes Charter School and Sacred Heart, and we are excited to grow into more schools. If you are inteerested in bringing Project Wonder to your campus, we'd love to connect!
There are plenty of youth fitness programs, Project Wonder exists for something bigger. We believe every child deserves adults outside of their family who believe in them. Our coaches build relationships first. We celebrate effort. We teach children how to fail well. We encourage leadership. We help kids discover what they’re capable of. Because confidence earned through hard work changes lives.
